EXERCISE OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

 

The Customer has a right of withdrawal for a period of 7 days from receipt of his order, which he can exercise without having to justify his decision or bear any costs other than those necessary to return his order. To exercise this right, the Customer is required to return the withdrawal form attached to his order confirmation email, or accessible on the Site or any other unambiguous declaration expressing his wish to withdraw. The Products must not have been worn or washed and must be returned in their original packaging and label, accompanied by the invoice or delivery slip (the invoice is available on the Site, in the "My Account" section, the delivery slip is included in your package). Please note: Items returned incomplete, damaged, damaged or soiled by the Customer will not be accepted.

The products offered comply with current French legislation. All Products benefit from the legal regime of the guarantee of conformity provided for in Articles L211-4 et seq. of the Consumer Code, as well as the guarantee of hidden defects of Articles 1641 et seq. of the Civil Code.

 

HOW TO ORDER?

Start by creating a customer account. Once the account is validated, go to the products you wish to purchase, then click on add to cart. When you are finished, click on your cart, you will then be redirected to a new page containing the summary of your order, the choice of delivery address, the acceptance of the general conditions of sale, the choice of delivery method, and then the payment method. To choose the payment method, click on Pay by card or with my Paypal account. To pay for your purchases, you will be automatically directed to the secure Paypal payment platform. You will then be able to securely transmit your bank details. You can therefore pay for your purchases via Paypal with your login details. If you do not have a Paypal account, you can make your purchase by credit card.

- To pay with your Paypal account: When you are automatically directed to the secure Paypal payment platform, click on "Pay with your Paypal account" then log in to your account to pay.

- To pay by credit card: When you are automatically directed to the secure Payblug payment platform, click on "You do not have a Paypal account" so you can enter your bank details with complete peace of mind.

Once your order is complete you will receive a confirmation email.

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

Shipping costs vary depending on weight and carrier. By adding the desired products to your cart, you will be automatically notified of the total shipping costs.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Orders are generally sent the day after receipt of payment or at the latest the day after (excluding weekends and public holidays).

With Colissimo: Once your package has been sent, it will be delivered to you within 48 hours (excluding weekends and public holidays) (Metropolitan France)

With Mondial Relay: Once your package has been sent, it will be delivered to you within 3 to 5 days (excluding weekends and public holidays) (Metropolitan France)

HOW TO REQUEST AN EXCHANGE?

Begin the exchange process by logging into your account and clicking on "My Orders". Click on the "Return Items" button next to the order number and follow the instructions until your request is successfully registered;

  1. Print the return form, check the Exchange option and specify which item you want. Include this form in the package;
  2. Send your package to the following address

Please note that some items are available in only one size/color/length. Therefore, these products cannot be exchanged for the same product in a different size/color/length/etc. However, if you wish to make such an exchange, we recommend contacting our Customer Service before starting the online procedure.

I received an item that does not match the one I ordered?

If the product received is not the one ordered (due to a package being misplaced or a preparation error), we will exchange it subject to availability. We will, of course, return the item to you as quickly as possible and cover the cost of returning the product in question. To do this, go to the Exchange and Credit section. The steps to follow are detailed there.

I RECEIVED A DEFECTIVE ITEM WHAT SHOULD I DO?

If, despite our vigilance, you receive a defective item, we promise to exchange it as quickly as possible and cover the cost of returning the product in question. To do this, please refer to our general terms and conditions of sale. The steps to follow are detailed there.

I LIVE IN Lille, CAN I PICK UP MY ORDER THERE?

No, all transactions are made online and by post, including returns.
